ParOne has appointed Sheryn Richards as Director of Marketing at its AVA Golf subsidiary, developer of an AI-powered golf performance platform designed to transform how golfers analyze and improve game through video and data.

Richards will lead AVA Golf’s brand strategy, go-to-market execution, demand generation, and communications leading to its upcoming launch. The intelligence platform ingests golf simulator and app data, diagnoses faults and serves a personalized video playlist to accelerate a golfer's ability to develop their skills.

Richards brings nearly a decade of high-level digital marketing, lead sourcing and analytics expertise across golf and sports technology.  She most recently served as Digital Marketing Manager at GOLFZON America, where she led digital strategy for multiple brands, overseeing SEO growth, marketing automation and go-to-market initiatives. 

Prior to GOLFZON, Richards held marketing leadership roles at Troon, managing and optimizing more than 120 websites, e-commerce platforms and mobile applications for golf courses and hospitality brands nationwide.  Her experience also includes agency and consulting work focused on SEO, website optimization and analytics.

With a degree in New Media Arts from George Mason University, Richards began her career in creative and digital design, a foundation that continues to inform her practical, user-first approach to marketing.
